Jewellery Designer

My photo
Hi, welcome to my blog. My love for jewellery continues....after making mine and my Husbands wedding rings on a silversmith course many years ago, I have now come back to making jewellery. I currently design and create pieces for both adults and children using a wide range of beads and charms in a choice of stirling silver or silver/gold plated. I also enjoy re-creating new pieces from old jewellery or family treasures - so don't throw away your old jewellery it can usually be repaired or made into a stunning new piece.I also run Jewellery Making Parties in the local area and these can be arranged on request.Commissions are welcome, please ask..

Crown Jewels

Had to share this picture of the Queen's very own crown, as seen on our visit to Hamley's Toy Store in London!

The lego version.
Don't think it was for sale though. shame!

Here is a little advertisement from the College for courses they run, they kindly put me on the back of a bus!!

I had quite a shock seeing this when I drove alongside the bus.  My little boy spotted it (as I was consentrating on driving) and he shouted "Mum look at the bus".  Not quite used to seeing myself like that, but its good publicity.

Lucy's Birthday Party

Here are a couple of pics taken from the jewellery making party that  I did for Lucy back in July 2012.  It was her 8th birthday and the girls had a fabulous time making  a necklace & a charm bracelet each.  Lucy said "it was the best party ever"!!

All thirteen girls got to make and take home two fab pieces of jewellery which was unique and original.

Hello Again!

Hello there, sorry I've not blogged for a while!  I've been busy with orders, fairs and family life :)
Another reason I haven't blogged is my IPad won't allow me to use my blog to update photos, which would be so much easier as my computer is on the slow side to say the least!! So I'm using Facebook mostly to put pictures on.  Anyway I will update as many photos as I can and thanks for taking a look.  Feel free to put a comment if you wish.  Thanks Alison.
